Print Advertising

The influence of print advertising has evolved in recent years.  At Your Home Team, we utilize the Southern Illinois Homes Magazine and the Showcase.  These are full color homes magazines used in the Metro East. The Belleville News Democrat distributes the Southern Illinois Magazine on a rotation basis once a month to different locations throughout Scott A.F.B., O’Fallon, Shiloh, Swansea, Fairview Heights, and Belleville.  The O’Fallon Progress distributes the Showcase on a monthly basis.  Our marketing also includes the Command Post and the O’Fallon Progress.

Custom homes fliers will be created for your home to be utilized for marketing. These fliers will include not only verbal descriptions but also many pictures of your home in its best presentation.


Kids Program

At Your Home Team we understand that the whole family can be affected by the marketing and sale of their home. Roxann meets with the whole family to discuss their feelings and explain the process. She offers children the opportunity to participate in her Kids Program. An agreement is signed for the children to work with their parents to have their room show ready, and in return they will receive coupons from Your Home Team as a show of appreciation for their efforts.
