About Roxann and Your Home Team Real Estate
Roxann Bohstedt moved to the Metro East in 1992 as the wife of an Air Force member assigned to Scott A.F.B., IL. As the child of an Air Force family and then as a spouse, Roxann lived in many locations throughout the United States and Europe. As she and her family discovered this area, the fun and opportunities available in the surrounding Scott A.F.B. they felt a strong pull to life in the Midwest. Since the communities of O’Fallon, Shiloh, Swansea, Fairview Heights, and Belleville have a long relationship with Scott A.F.B., the welcome from those who have already made this area their home was very warm and sincere. Roxann and her family first lived in Belleville, just off Old Collinsville Road. “It is amazing to me, even now, that a single road can be part of so many communities. From Lebanon Avenue, it starts as though its divided at the section as Shiloh and Belleville, then it continues with Shiloh homes on one side of the road, then Swansea on the other. As the road intersects with Hwy. 50, one side is O’Fallon and the other in now Fairview Heights! When you see how short this distance really is, just a few short miles, it shows how close all the towns are and demonstrates why there is such a terrific sense of community throughout the area surrounding Scott A.F.B.” Roxann obtained her real estate license as soon as her family was settled. She was Rookie of the Year and delighted in all that represented in joining a new community, learning to serve sellers and buyers. By her third year in the industry, Roxann distinguished herself as one of the best Top 5 real estate professionals in the local board of Realtors®, and retains that level of sales production to help her clients every year with the best real estate advice, commitment, and marketing skills that she continues to develop. “I ultimately established my office at 813 W. Hwy. 50 in O’Fallon. It is right around the corner from the Dierberg Center in Shiloh, seven minutes to Scott A.F.B., and Hwy. 50 goes right to I-64 or through to Fairview Heights. Belleville is easily accessible with the Frank Scott Parkway and Greenmount Road. I really enjoy how easy it is to get around quickly!” Roxann’s career in real estate has been enhanced by her own life experience as a military family member, her personal involvement in the local communities around Scott A.F.B., and her continuous pursuit of education and better marketing skills through national and local organizations. I belong to a group called “Star Power”. It’s an international group of top agents that meet yearly and network throughout the year sharing new, innovative, and just plain effective marketing strategies. Star Power is just one of the sources I utilize in my search for the most result-oriented marketing. Even locally, above and beyond continuing education opportunities, I recently obtained my Masters of Management degree to continue to enhance the client care my team provides to all our clients, buyers and sellers. We want every client to feel they have received the best professional real estate care available to them.

Ted is a licensed buyer specialist and office assistant. Ted brings a wealth of experience to Your Home Team as a retired member of the United States Air Force and retired civil service employee. Ted moved to O’Fallon, IL and joined Your Home Team in October of 2003 as a Realtor®. His exuberant greetings and handy candy always bring a smile to our customers and clients. Ted rapidly learned his way around the Scott A.F.B. community as he assisted in distributing sellers’ fliers, signs, and lockboxes in O’Fallon, Shiloh, Swansea, Fairview Heights and Belleville. Ted shares, “I never had the opportunity to serve a tour of duty at Scott A.F.B., but I’m so glad my wife, Patricia, and I decided to make this our home. We enjoy the communities, the activities offered throughout the area, the great parks, and the excellent medical care available. It’s so easy to get around. Even in the time we’ve lived here, we see the incredible growth that continues to occur throughout the area. “ With regards to his real estate career, Ted continues, “everyone touches real estate in some way all their lives, whether you rent or buy. As a buyer and seller, I wish I knew in my past sales what I learned in my real estate career. Your Home Team is an incredible supporter of education both as Realtors® and even for students in the local community. It’s terrific to be a part of such an upstanding company. Roxann is really outstanding in the field of real estate.”
